Mike Jackson
Head of Customer Service and ESG Initiatives
Mike Jackson joins Circulai with a wealth of experience in supply chain management, sustainability, and customer service. Previously, Mike was the Director of Supply Chain at Roadchef, where he led their procurement and ESG strategy, helping the company move toward Net Zero. As Head of Charity, Mike also managed partnerships that raised over £5.5 million for Cancer Research UK.
Recognised as a sustainability leader by Planet Mark and listed in Resource Magazine’s Hot 100 in 2022, Mike is passionate about driving change through innovative waste management practices. At Circulai, Mike will focus on enhancing customer service and embedding environmental and social governance across all operations.

Meet Harry, our young CX agent. After leaving school following his GCSE’s, Harry completed a 2-year tiling apprenticeship with a local business. During this time, he developed a range of skills and experiences, revolving around customer satisfaction and job quality.
Harry brings a new insight to the CX team, incorporating modern ideas and new perspectives. Having previously worked with customers face to face on a regular basis, his motivation to help, advise and work alongside various individuals within the organisation is profound.
